Tryzen ("we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect through tryzen.app and how we use it, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spain's LOPDGDD.

At this stage, we collect:

• Email address — when you join the Tryzen waitlist.

We do not currently collect payment information, project data, or account data, as Tryzen is not yet publicly launched.

2. Why We Collect It

We use your email address to:

• Notify you about early access to Tryzen;
• Send occasional product updates;
• Understand demand for the Service.

Legal basis: your consent, given when you submit your email to the waitlist (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

3. How Long We Keep It

We retain your email address for as long as you remain on the waitlist, or until you ask us to delete it, or until Tryzen is discontinued — whichever comes first.

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the data we hold about you;
• Correct inaccurate data;
• Request deletion of your data;
• Withdraw consent at any time;
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format;
• Lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) or your local supervisory authority.

5. No Model Training

We do not use your data — including waitlist information and, once Tryzen launches, any prompts or project content you submit — to train or fine-tune Tryzen' or any third party's machine-learning models, unless you give explicit written consent or the data has been aggregated and anonymized so that it no longer identifies you.

6. Sharing Your Data

We do not sell your data. We may share your email with service providers strictly necessary to operate the waitlist (e.g., email delivery tools), under confidentiality obligations.

7. Cookies

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies on this website. The site may store a theme preference (light/dark) and language preference in your browser so the interface remembers your choices. That data is not used to identify you across sites and is not shared with third parties for advertising.

Essential cookies or similar technologies may be set by the hosting infrastructure solely to deliver the website securely. If we introduce analytics or other non-essential cookies later, we will update this section and, where required, request your consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service evolves, particularly once Tryzen launches and begins processing account and project data. We'll update the "Last updated" date accordingly.
