Welcome to Tryzen ("Tryzen," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of tryzen.app and any related waitlist, early access program, or services (collectively, the "Service"). Once Tryzen launches, the product will be accessible at tryzen.app, which will also be governed by these Terms.

By joining the waitlist or otherwise accessing the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About the Service

Tryzen is developing Tryzen, an AI-powered application builder currently in waitlist / pre-launch stage. The Service is offered as-is during this stage, with features, availability, and functionality subject to change without notice.

2. Waitlist and Early Access

• Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Tryzen or any specific launch date.
• We may invite waitlist members to early access at our discretion, in any order, and may modify or discontinue the waitlist program at any time.
• Early access, if granted, may be subject to additional terms communicated separately.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to join the waitlist or use the Service.

4. Your Information

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology related to Tryzen — including the website, product name, and underlying platform — are the property of Tryzen or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our intellectual property beyond what is necessary to use the Service as intended.

Generated Output.Once Tryzen is available, as between you and Tryzen, you will own all right, title, and interest in the software, code, and other content generated by Tryzen in response to your prompts ("Generated Output"), and may use it for any purpose without attribution or royalty to Tryzen. Because of the probabilistic nature of AI, similar or identical output may be generated for other users.

6. Data Handling

You retain all right, title, and interest in any data, prompts, or project content you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). We will not use Your Data to train or fine-tune Tryzen' or any third party's machine-learning models, except where (a) you give explicit written consent, or (b) the data has been aggregated and anonymized so that it no longer identifies you or your project. 7. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with or relies on third-party providers — including AI model providers and cloud infrastructure providers — to operate ("Third-Party Services"). Use of Third-Party Services may be subject to their own terms. Tryzen is not liable for the acts, omissions, or availability of Third-Party Services, and may change, replace, or discontinue such integrations at any time.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;
• Misrepresent your identity when joining the waitlist.

9. No Warranty

The Service, including the waitlist and any pre-launch materials, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Because Tryzen is in active development, features described on this website may not yet be available in production.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tryzen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
